Domain Registration

To launch your website and get a custom email address, you first need a domain name or web address. Registering this reserves your place on the internet and the process of becoming a successful web business has begun.

Most people choose a web address that reflects their business, i.e. www.yourbusiness.com. Ideally, your web address will be easy to spell, short and, most importantly, unique. It's not easy making a decision on this, so we're always happy to offer ideas or suggestions.

You also need to choose which web address extension you would like. The extension is the part of the address which indicates what type of business you are or where you are based; .com, .co.uk, .net, .org, .info, .biz or .es for example.

Once you've decided on a name, we will check whether the address has already been used or reserved by someone else. We'll work through this with you until you get an address that you are happy with.
